At Ter’re Hair, all sales are final. However, we offer exchanges only for clear factory faults.
1. No Returns
We do not accept returns on any items due to the nature of our products (wigs, bundles, closures, frontals, customized wigs). Once delivered, orders cannot be returned.
2. Exchanges (Factory Faults Only)
An exchange is allowed only if the item has a clear factory defect, such as:
- Wrong length or texture
- Manufacturing fault
Faults must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.
3. Exchange Requirements
To qualify for an exchange:
- Hair must be unused & unwashed
- Lace uncut
- Curl pattern unaltered
- No installation, styling, or chemical use
- All packaging, labels & gifts must be returned
4. Not Eligible for Exchange
We do not exchange items due to:
- Change of mind
- Wrong length or texture ordered
- Incorrect cap size chosen
- Damage caused during installation or handling
- Lace cut or damaged
- Improper care or product misuse
5. Shipping
For approved exchanges:
- Customer pays for returning the item
- Ter’re Hair covers the shipping of the replacement item
